What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs SEK 49 regardless of how many products you buy. Free shipping on purchases over SEK 699 within Sweden.

What delivery methods do you have?
We offer delivery via two different forwarders, at different prices. They are Postnord and DHL. In the shopping cart you will find which options are available for your particular address.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information is sent to the e-mail, or phone number specified when ordering, when your order has left our warehouse. Contact us as soon as possible if you have provided the wrong information, kontakt@butikkom.com

How long is the delivery time?
Usually the delivery time is 2-5 working days. We always send 1st class items. For larger campaigns, it may take slightly longer.

Something went wrong with my delivery!
Has something happened to your delivery or is an item missing? In the first place, damage to the package must be documented with pictures, without pictures we cannot correct any errors. Is an item missing or did you get it wrong? Email us within 5 days of receiving your order. The more information we can get directly, the faster we can help you with the problem.

I want to stop my order, how do I do it?
As we pick and pack all orders very quickly, it can be difficult. Therefore, it is important that you contact us and let us know that you want to stop your order as soon as possible. The quickest way to get in touch with us is through the chat. If we are not available, it is always good to email kontakt@butikkom.com. If your order has already been picked, we unfortunately cannot stop it or make any adjustments.

If the package is not picked up, SEK 250 will be charged
When delivering to an agent, you have 10 days to collect your package after you have received notification that you can collect your package. During that time, 2 SMS notifications go out to you. After this period, the package is returned to us and the forwarder charges a fee of SEK 250 for the handling costs incurred. This is paid by the customer when the package is returned to us.

What do I do if I received a broken shipment?
If your package has been damaged in transit, it is important that you keep all packaging and contents, so that we can inspect it if necessary. Contact us as soon as possible via kontakt@butikkom.com. Our complaints department will then contact you via email for further handling of the case.

I have received a tracking number, but it cannot be tracked?
It may take up to 2 business days for the tracking number to be updated.

Can I extend the storage time for my package to be picked up at a Service Point?
Unfortunately, there is currently no possibility to extend the stay at the Service Point.
