Powder mix for chocolate flavored cake. Cake mix with chocolate is wonderfully airy and at the same time easy and quick to prepare. And it has no added sugar. It also contains 53% less fat and 46% fewer calories than a traditional chocolate bar.
Do this
1. Turn on the oven and set it to 175 °C (convection oven 160 °C). Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl and mix with 1.5 dl of water and 35 g of taste-neutral oil or liquid margarine.
2. Stir or whisk the batter for at least ½ min.
3. Line a springform pan of approx. 20 cm in diameter with baking paper or grease it with a little oil and distribute the batter in the pan.
4. Put the cake in the oven and bake in the middle of the preheated oven for 15–20 min. All ovens are different, so check the cake in between if necessary.
The finished cake can be frozen. Net content: 300 g/approx. 450 g finished cake (9 portions)
