Cake mix & Lemon flavor sugar-free 290g

Powder mix for cake with lemon flavor. Cake mix with lemon flavor is a wonderfully airy cake that is easy and quick to twist together. All you have to do is add oil and water. It has no added sugar and contains 39% fewer calories than an equivalent cake with sugar.

Do this
1. Turn on the oven and set it to 175 °C (convection oven 160 °C). Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl and mix with 1.5 dl of water and 45 g of taste-neutral oil or liquid margarine.
2. Beat the batter with a hand mixer or similar for 3–4 minutes until the batter becomes airy.
3. Line a springform pan of approx. 20 cm in diameter with baking paper or grease it with a little oil and distribute the batter in the pan.
4. Put the cake in the oven and bake in the middle of the preheated oven for about 20 min. All ovens are different, so check the cake in between if necessary.
The finished cake can be frozen. Net content: 290 g/approx. 450 g finished cake (9 portions)
